Renovation of a big apartment in a residential Hotel in Marbella. Hotel Del Golf was built in the 80s.

This project is currently under construction and is aimed to be finished in February 2025.
Construction
The scope of the Project is renovating most of the rooms including adding 2 more master-bedrooms which makes the apartment into a 3 Bedroom 4 Bathroom property.
Furthermore there are some necessary work regarding energy efficiency of the building which need to be taken care of.
